Order Processing

All orders placed through gethitcard.com are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Austria.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States.
We do not ship internationally outside of the U.S. at this time.


Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum order value required.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard International Shipping (Austria → USA):
    5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Holiday periods

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

If tracking is not available, your order is still in transit and will arrive within the estimated shipping window.


Shipping Issues
